need a workout or exercise chart for the weider platinum...

I can't find my step by step work out chart for my weider platinum. Do you have access to this or do you know how I can get access?

0 I am looking for a video or exercise chart that explains how to set up the machine for specific exercises. We bought the machine and then there was a death. They were not able to find the manual or video. I did find the manual online, but not the exercise chart or video link.
