Question About Weider Fitness Equipment 460m
Manual for Weider 460m...

Was given machine and not quit sure if I'm using correctly? It is on the floor w/ set I sit on, strapping feet and w/ each side having weights for me to grab so I slid back and forth on therefor working my arms and stomach?
