Question About Vision Fitness Treadmill T8400HRC
Hello...

I was just givin a t8400 hrc/110 volt,I turn it on it beeps 3 times and thats all it will do.It is typed on the product to attach saftey clip to clothing and ya their is not one or anywhere for one to go.I need help I do not know what is wrong with it
