MY WALKING BELT HAS SHIFTED ALL THE WAY TO THE LEF...

MY WALKING BELT HAS SHIFTED ALL THE WAY TO THE LEFT SO IT IN UNDER THE RUNNING BOARD. HOW DO I GET IT BACK TO CENTER WITHOUT TURNING IT ON...OR IT WILL RAVEL THE EDGE.
