When raising the treatmill it stopeed and ran message E1 Stall. How do we reset the machine? It will not go down now or run.

3 can't find how to take cover off so can get to motor to check magnets. It looks like the whole front piece of the treadmill is one piece and the connecting "screws" don't appear to be for a philips screwdriver? My treadmill is about 10 years old.
