I own a Trimline Treadmill 7200...it appears when ...

I own a Trimline Treadmill 7200...it appears when we adjust the speed over 4.0 the foot tread will begin to slip on the rollers. I've tried adjusting the tension screws located at the end of the tread however this has not solved the problem.
