4 FIrst, hold down the 'mode' button for a few seconds. The alarm set mode will come up. Press 'mode' again and it will let you set the time and date by pressing the 'adjust' button to change the numbers in the minutes, hours, etc. Press 'start/stop' to move on to setting the next item. Once you set all of these, it will automatically allow you to set the date. If something is already correct, you can press the 'start/stop' button to skip altering that section.
