I have the TIMEX W-209 and I want to learn how to ...

I have the TIMEX W-209 and I want to learn how to turn off the beeping in the timer mode. I want it not to beep, instead i just want the night-flash to flash. Is this watch able to do that? if not what watch can I get that either flashes or vibrates softly when the timer goes off?
