I HAVE A timex TG5981, no user manual & this watc...

I HAVE A timex TG5981, no user manual & this watch has no button that indicates "mode" How do I set this up? All the insturctions on line advise using the mode button. I have the following buttons: Indigo, RECV/DATE,Recall, & an ON/OFF button please advise. thank you
