compre a través de Amazon un timex personal heart rate monitor T5G951. no funciona. me parece que no hay transmisión entre la banda y el reloj. le cambie la batería y tampoco funciona. vivo en Guatemala. pueden ayudarme? hay alguna razón por la que no funcione? hay algo que puedo hacer para que funcione?
