I want to know how to reset the counter for instance miles walk etc etc etc.Thanks

0 From the manual: To RESET the Pedometer, advance to STEPS by pressing the MODE key. Press and HOLD the R key (the pedometer must be stopped) It will ask if you wish to "reset." Select YES or NO by pressing S/S or R. After Yes or No has been selected, Press MODE to continue and return to Pedometer mode.
