0 I bought my pedometer many years ago from Wal-mart. There are two functions on it that I don't understand. First, is the distance that is measured on the pedometer in miles or kilometres? The word on the display of the pedometer is so small that I cannot read it. I would like to know because I am tracking my progress daily when I walk. Second, what is a kcal? I am assuming that is is a kilocalorie but don't understand the difference between a kilocalorie and a calorie. Can you explain it to me? Thanks!
