I don't have a manual and want to know how to adjust the incline and what the different modes mean.

0 I lost the manual, assembly tools and the bolts and screws to put my Sportcraft treadmill back together after moving it to my new home. I don't want to junk it, if I can reorder the items that got lost. Where can I get a manual and parts list?

0 I wanted to know if anyone knows what to do when the treadmill stops after 7 seconds and in the calorie counter screen it displays a 3. Please help
