I have a sportcraft tx 5.orc treadmill...the numbe...

I have a sportcraft tx 5.orc treadmill...the number seven is lit up on the left side of the display and the machine will not run. I thought maybe fuse? Is it possible the outlet isn't grounded? I hear a clicking sound like it is auto-shutting itself off.
