Question About Sportcraft Treadmill TX455
E3 error msg, missing manual...

I start the treadmill and it dies within 5 secs flashing what I take to be an E3 error msg. What does that mean and how do I fix it. How do I get the manual. all help welcome.

0 The E-3 error message may be the result of a loose or damaged step sensor stator wheel, mounted on the right side of the front roller and which may have shifted and damaged the optical sensor for the step sensor (it is a small horseshoe shaped piece of black plastic). Unfortunately, Sportcraft could provide no assistance for information or parts. If you could unplug the unit and remove the four screws and motor cover, you might be able to see the stator and sensor
