my spirit sr 225 started to "stutter", ie, if you run for several seconds, it slows down suddenly for a second, then speeds up. I cleaned out the inside, then turned on the treadmill at a high speed for 5 minutes, and it now seems to be working ok. any idea what is going on and how to fix, assuming it happens again
