I have had a Sharp quartz wristwatch for about 2 years that lights up when I push the time set button - only it has stopped lighting up. On the back is engraved SHP5721, then below that, 358, then below that PC21. Battery 377. A watch repair shop told me I would have to contact Sharp. Can you please tell me how to get it fixed?
