I have an elliptical glide, model sr409, and it is unbalanced! If I step on one side, the other side tilts over! Someone left it when they moved, and my dad picked it up. It appeears to be in great shape, I can't use it however, because when I step on it it tilts over!! Is it missing any of those pegs that came with it when it was folded? Thanks for your attention! I've had this equipment now for about a year, and gave up trying to fix it! Thank you so much for any response!!
