5 to set the time, press and hold the Volume up (top left) button. The seconds will start flashing. Press the Mode/Power button to go to the minutes, hours, etc. To change the minute, hour, etc., use the Channel (right) keys to go up and down. I hope this doesn't sound confusing. Please let me know how it goes.
