Question About Seiko Watch 7t32-6m49
Please help find the manual for this Seiko Watch...

Have long lost the owners paperwork. Cannot set the alarm correctly or the date. Note - this is not the -6m69, it is the 6m49 Thank You.

0 to set date, pull middle nob slightly out, if u turn the nob n time hands move u pulled it out to far if u did this then push in lightly then turn date should move. do u have pic of watch
