Question About Sears Treadmill 831.297080

8.0 ESP MODEL, at least 10 years old (possibly more) worked fine until about a week ago -- now suddenly surges from 1 to 1.5 mph above set speed for 3-4 seconds, and it seems to be happening with growing frequency. (Now two or three times during a 20-minute workout)
