Bought a used Freespirit 30516 Treadmill and for s...

Bought a used Freespirit 30516 Treadmill and for some reason when we set up and error message comes up saying SAFETY KEY OFF. I have tried to press it on and even though all lights are on nothing happens. Even the fan won't come on. I bought this with no manual and thought I could find it here. Help?
