After years of good service, treadmill speed is now errant: aside from fluctuating +/- 2mph from number set, it suddenly surges to a very high speed -- as much as 1.2 to 1.5 mph above set speed. It does that for a few seconds and resumes the set speed. What can be done to ensure the speed stays steady as set?
