I have a lifestyler 8.0 exp model 831 297241. When walking, the machine slows to a stop and just growls when putting resistance on it, the motor tries to turn. Its like the motor has low voltage going to it. the drive belt does not slip,motor is not turning. what could be the problem? Is it the choke or a power circuit board
