when i turn the treadmill on the belt runs at the ...

when i turn the treadmill on the belt runs at the highest speed then stops but the timing and calories counter continues to work and the incline also. If i turn it off and on again it does the same thing. once i left it on for some time and i went to check on it the belt was working and i turned it off and on again it still did the samething.
