Question About Schwinn Home Gym Schwinn 8300S Series II
Poster with pictures of exercises that came with the system...

I am wondering where I can get the poster with pictures of the exercises I can do with my Home Gym. I had my system in my brother's house for awhile and he lost it. If there is no poster how about the manual...will it show me types of exercises.
