My bike is only two weeks old. I purchased the 26" Mens Granite Peak from Roadmaster from Walmart On a climb the shifts above 5 on the H side does not work and chain becomes loose the gear shifting seems to be the issue. As a result the peddling becomes harder and the bike slows down
