Question About Roadmaster Bicycle R4670WM
adjustment to Brakes,- and- Gears...

I have never seen a brake like the ones on this bike, and unsure of how to adjust to stop rubbing. and bike won't stay in first gear. you can hear it wanting to jump in second ,it will if gear shifter not held.
