How can I get my treadmill to recalibrate the incline. It is stuck in an incline position and won't go flat anymore. On the display it says that it is at 0 when its not. We can not manually adjust it either.

0 Try pushing the reset button on the lower motor unit case. Should be visible without removing anything.
