I have the inversion table and after making all the necessary adjustment for my body type/height I am not allowed to invert gently. There is no way to lazy horizontally! This machine only lets you invert rather quickly. Once inverted there is no way to up yourself into the upright position without almost killing yourself! You have to sit up or have someone help you. Seems like the center of gravity is off and I dont' know how to adjust for that. Can you help?
