Reebok RTX455 - incline will not go to lowest level...

Hi there, My reebok Rtx 455 treadmill is stuck on the highest level incline, I can't decrease the incline level. HELP!

0 I have the reebok rtx455 bought it 12 or 14 years ago.. Runs go but no incline.
