How do I use the different programs in the treadmill using Program Select? I bought this item used with no manual. When I push the safety key in to turn the machine on I can walk and go faster, slower etc. but as of yet have not figured out how to use the other features. I have tried pushing the yellow program select button but nothing happens.... maybe it is not working?? Thank you for any info. you can supply. Also for providing this service.
