Using a speed above 3.3 - after a period of 5 - 1...

Using a speed above 3.3 - after a period of 5 - 10 min it will slow down and stop. If I get off the belt it will slowly increase its speed up to the 3.3. I stop the treadmill and start it again and it works fine for a certain number of minutes and then repeats the slowdown, etc.
