The treadmill has been unused for an extended period of time and now when I turn it on the motor turns off as soon as I press a button to start it moving (within 1 second). The motor spins up and immediately stops. When it stops it triggers the safety switch/circuit breaker at the base of the treadmill. What is wrong and how do we fix it?
