Pro-Form 545s treadmill power-up incomplete...

Model 831.294251 serial number R94143216Pro-Form 545s Treadmill purchased in 3004 lightly used. At power-on the console display lights appear normal, but there is no response from any of the console switches. Request troubleshooting suggestions.
