Question About ProForm Treadmill PFTL79100

It lights up but no running at all. It was put together and never worked from day one. I just inherited it and wonder if i can fix it. It did not trip or anything. I wonder if it was assembeled properly? Is there a step by step assembly for the unit when it comes out of the box? TIA
