I can turn the power on the treadmill and the belt will not turn, motor won't even hum. All other controls work, I can raise and lower incline and I can change speeds on the display and it thinks its running because the MPH increases or lowers according to what program your running but belt will not turn. I have traced power down to the belt motor can't make motor turn. What is wrong?
