MY TREADMILL IS SHOWING THE FF ERROR CODE. I KNOW I NEED TO REPROGRAM WITH THE CARD BUT I CANNOT REMEMBER WHAT TO DO AFTER I HOLD THE SPEED UP BUTTON AND STOP . PLEASE HELP ME
