Question About ProForm Treadmill 8.5ZT
incline doesn't work and have lost manual...

It says Pro Response Cushioning along top sides of treadmill. At bottom topside is "8.5ZT" Unable to locate a s/n anywhere visible. Lost manual and has incline feature that has never worked. We just began using treadmill in past year and would really like to get incline working.
