Question About ProForm Treadmill J4i
I jus purchased a j4i at a garage sale and noticed...

I jus purchased a j4i at a garage sale and noticed that it makes a loud humming noise when it is being used. The person I bought it off of says that periodically it needs to be lubricated, I cannot find anything out in the manual about where and how. So my question is .. Does it in fact need to be lubricated and if it does how do I do that?
