Question About ProForm Treadmill 831.299410

I did not get instructions on how to use the 16 apps on this machine, the ProForm Crosswalk 395CW 831.299410 Treadmill. I received it on Sat. 8, 2012. I purchased it from Sears in the Florence KY mall. The ski arms are very hard to move and the tread bed is noisey. Whan should I do? Can you help?
