CIRCUIT BREAKER, CONTROL BOARD...

EVERYTHING ON PANEL WORKS, EXCEPT THE WALKING BELT DOES NOT MOVE. SHOULD I TRY A NEW CIRCUIT BREAKER/RESET BUTTON FIRST OR THE WHOLE CIRCUIT CONTROL BOARD
