Question About ProForm Treadmill 831.294251
belt will not move...

my treadmill comes on,fan works but treadmill belt doesnt move nor does it go up or down. this teadmill has not had a lot of use. i purchased it for my mother who had it stored in room for over a year. it looks brand new?
