Question About ProForm Home Gym 15.5s
resistance does not get easier...

The resistance is incredibly strong on my proform 15.5s elliptical. Although it lets me change the settings and makes a humming sound it seems to be stuck on one of the higher levels. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
