My pro-form xp 115 eliptical is not functioning pr...

My pro-form xp 115 eliptical is not functioning properly. It is too difficult to use because of some sort of tension issue with the elipse turning very hard regardless of what setting it is on or if it is on manu. I cannot use it as it is currently, any suggestions please? Thank you.
