I don"t have a credit or debit card and my proform...

I don"t have a credit or debit card and my proform is not pedaling it's wobbling down under the cover. As you continue riding it gets to a certain point and tightens and will not go anymore. Therefore I have to pedal backwards. I need to know who can I write to to get information to help me?
