We have a Precor EIS M9.5 treadmill and need the owner manual to understand the pre-programmed workouts. In addition, we need to know how to manually set it so we can time the stop. When a pre-program ends it stops abruptly and doesn't descelerate slowly causing you to get thrown into the front.
