Question About ParaBody Home Gym None
Parabody EX500...

Home Gym--my EX 500 has been in storage for 3 years and I am missing the two 3/4" (?) dia weight guide rods (about 6 feet long). Where can I get new ones?

0 I have a manual, I think, but it does not have any exercises in it. You need a poster for wall mounting (about 27" x 38") that shows many positions and has names for them. Organized by muscle group (Legs, abs, back, arms, etc.) About 25 -35 pictures. Verrylf@gmail.com
