I reassembled my Parabody 250 set after moving. Everything works well except the lat pull down and the arm press when used pull the top pulley of the double pulley in the middle up to a metal piece which inhibits the top pulley wheel from moving freely. I have tried adjusting the tension on top of the weight stack but that does not help. What should I do to keep that upper pulley from rubbing?
