I need an exercise manual for a parabody for a 425...

I need an exercise manual for a parabody for a 425103 gym. I do not need a manual on how to put it together. I need a manual that will help me learn how to do differt exercises on all the work out stations. I am 78 years old and don't understand face book or how to log in. billmaxwell34@yahoo.com

0 yes, if it enables me to comunicate. I have sent only about 12 emails in my lifetime. I am a dinasore in a 78 year old body with a 50 year old man inside. I had my appendix removed at 17 and my cataracts at 76.
